  Conflict is a universal human problem. Dealing with conflict effectively requires more than just gaining new knowledge or learning new skills. It requires us to get our hearts right as well. Come explore the three keys to getting our hearts right and having better relationships. Includes a 12-page workbook intended to help people recognize and manage their biases through the use of three key mindsets: humility, compassion, and positivity.

  This packed curriculum from the Dibble Institute offers guidance to teens on navigating relationships, beginning with self-awareness, a future orientation, and planning, to values identification, goal setting, and peer pressure, then moves into romantic relationships. It teaches ways to deal with break-ups and broken hearts, plus a focus on recognizing disrespectful or abusive relationships.
